Parish Choir
The Parish Choir of Saint Margaret of Antioch has had a choir dating back to the parish's founding. With the building of the current church, the choir was and still sings from the loft above. The choir sings classical choral music from various musical styles and historical periods in Latin and English, emphasizing traditional Catholic hymns and motets.
The choir is composed of choral scholars and volunteers from the parish, who meet weekly to rehearse for the 10:30 am Solemn High Mass. Their time and commitment provide the parish with beautiful music each week. Twice a year, the professional chamber ensemble joins us further to enhance Christmas and Easter liturgies at the parish. -
Looking to Join?
We are always eager and interested in auditioning new volunteer singers for the Parish Choir. (You need not be a parish member to belong to the choir.)

A good singing voice, a strong ear and aural skills, choral experience, and a desire to make music professionally.

Ability to sightread, but not required. Voice lessons are available at a fee for those interested. Speak to the choirmaster for more information.

The ability and willingness to commit to regular rehearsals on Wednesdays, 5:45 pm. - 6:50 pm., Sundays from 9:30 am with Mass at 10:30 am and additional rehearsals and services (schedule subject to alteration).

We provide the learning, music, and the cassock and surplice.
