The daycare is officially named:

St. Margaret of Antioch Early Learning Center!

It could not have been done without the support
of so many people at St. Margaret's.

As of July 2022 the building is in place.  Next projects to tackle are to paint the inside and acquire furniture.  Fundraisers in the Fall will be held to support this endeavor.

School for Ghana

The journey began in 2008 when Father John Awiti arrived from the Diocese of Techiman Ghana to spend the summer with us.  The parishioners of St. Margaret's embraced, Father John.  We recognized the need for an elementary school building with a roof, cement floor, brick walls, plumbing, desks, etc.  All the things we take for granted. And so began "The Angel Project."

As you know, we have had numerous fundraisers for the School building in Ghana.  There have been countless garage sales, clothing drives, and deposit bottle collections.  Our Parish collected children's books that were shipped to Ghana.  Shipping costs were donated.  All of this generosity has enabled construction progress to be made (photos forthcoming on this page).
